Leave Remediation for Ex-Employees of Laura Fergusson Trust (Wellington) Incorporated
Laura Fergusson has reviewed its payroll system in light of different interpretations of the Holidays Act 2003. As a result some staff have been overpaid and some underpaid for varying types of leave. This largely relates to staff who have worked variable hours.

If you worked between 14th July 2014 and 13th July 2020 and no longer work for Laura Fergusson you may be eligible for a refund.
