Staff are central to the Laura Fergusson community, and we offer a rewarding and friendly environment where staff contributions are truly valued. We provide ongoing education opportunities, in particular, an embedded workplace based training model through both an internal training programme and through CareerForce.

We employ a range of support, administrative and rehabilitation staff.  We are a 24-hour organisation, so staff are rostered to work different shifts depending on their roles. If you are interested in working with us please get in contact.
