Our Covid-19 Planning

To all our residents, family/whānau, staff and supporters,

As we settle into the national Level 4 Lockdown, we want to update our residents, staff and supporters on how we are implementing our COVID-19 plan to give you all assurance that we have good systems in place.

The wellbeing of our residents, staff and supporters is always our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to maintain a safe environment and provide support.

We have an active pandemic plan which is constantly updated, and we are following the guidelines from the Ministry of Health (for more information: Update for Disability and Aged Care Providers on Alert Level 4).

This has meant that we are no longer allowing visitors on-site with the exception of essential contractors.

We do want to thank you all for your continued support as we go through this challenging time.
