We are an independent provider of residential and community-based rehabilitation for clients with a variety of physical, neurological and developmental disorders including traumatic brain injury.

We are driven to help our clients achieve independence, inclusion and quality of life after an injury, disorder or as a result of a medical condition.

Our community service provides rehabilitation and support under ACC’s Training for Independence and Living My Life programmes and has seen ongoing growth and expansion in the local community.

This roles involves treating clients in the wider community in their home or workplace, as well as clients in our own community residential living.  You would also be part of our IDT that uses evidence based practice, and ongoing support and training.

Kōrero mō te tūranga | What will you be doing?

  • Developing goal/outcome focused for your clients with multiple impairments and disabilities
  • Assessing and planning interventions that enhance the independence of your clients (alongside their whanau)
  • Working with our IDT and external professionals to support the achievement of your clients' goals.

  • You need to be living in NZ, be a citizen or resident, or have a current work visa.
  • We'd like you to have a minimum of two years’ experience working with clients with neurological injuries.
